My style for a Well-BEing Session pulls from a variety of massage modalities, sound therapies, and 20+ years experience to support the ebbs and flows experienced in life. No two sessions are alike. Our opportunity is to discover what supports your personal experience and goals for well-BEing.
NOTE: I am no longer doing DEEP tissue massage work. My massage pressure is medium to light with concentrated work on specific areas of need.

Sound Journey's sing the body into a deep state of relaxation helping reduce stress, quieting mind chatter, drawing all systems into coexistence, and creating space for an expanding consciousness. A sound therapy session blends a variety of instrumentation such as tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, chimes, etc. Every sound journey is unique and uniquely designed. To prepare for our session, I spend time in meditation and a very detailed process to determine your Sound Journey's song.
Cupping is a very effective therapy for releasing muscle and fascia tension, pain, and soreness. It helps clear blockages, as well as, improve circulation and mobility.
